Standard catalogue sizes start from 100 pieces with stock available for trial orders. Custom gaskets made to your drawing have no fixed MOQ — we accept prototype and small-batch runs. Sample and small-batch lead time is 7–10 working days; complex geometries, special alloys or high-volume orders take 15–20 working days. Expedited production is available for shutdown and turnaround schedules.
We quote on EXW, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF and DDP terms. Payment is accepted by T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, or negotiated terms for repeat customers. Shipping is arranged by sea, air or express courier depending on order volume and urgency.
Yes. Every batch is tested in our in-house laboratory for compression, creep relaxation, tensile strength and sealability, and ships with a material test report. EN 10204 3.1 certificates are issued as standard on request, and 3.2 certificates, SGS, BV or TUV third-party inspection can be arranged before shipment.
